Returns & Refund Policy

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from Tied Ribbons. Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
  • If there is a manufacturing defect on the received product
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition

As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write at or get in touch with our support team on WhatsApp within 4 hours of placing the order and we will be happy to assist you.


In the case of breakage or any in-transit damage, please send a picture of the product within 24 hours of the order delivery to our email and the needful shall be done at the earliest. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered is different from what you had ordered, you must immediately lodge a complaint with Tied Ribbons on Whatsapp number 8920669814 or write to with your Order Id and product photographs.

You may return the product (in unused) condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with original contents (with all accessories) for refund or an exchange, within 24 hrs from the date on which these goods are delivered. Our support shall get in touch with you to explain the return pickup process.


We accept returns only up to 7 days post-delivery of the order. We would request you to clearly mention the items you wish to return. In case you are partially returning an order, please hand over only the partial order to the pickup agent.


After the refund has been initiated as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines: Generally it takes 7-10 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank

Please note:Tied Ribbons initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, and after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Tied ribbons warehouse.

For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.
