Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from Tied Ribbons. Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -
- A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
- If there is a manufacturing defect on the received product
- If the product is received in a damaged condition
As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.
In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason writes to us at email@example.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you. Same day/Fixed time delivery orders Under the Categories Like (Cakes & Flowers) cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
In the case of breakage or any in-transit damage, please send a picture of the product within 12 hours to our email firstname.lastname@example.org and the needful shall be done immediately.
c) Wrong Product received
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered is different from what you had ordered, you must immediately lodge a complaint with Tied Ribbons on Chat support or its email email@example.com. You may return the product unused, and in the same (unused) condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with original contents (with all accessories) for refund or an exchange, within 24hrs from the date on which these goods are delivered. Our support shall get in touch with you to explain the return pickup process.
In case of returns excluding the above three reasons we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product after taking out the partial cost of freight based on invoice value as follows –
- Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 498 - Rs. 75/-
- Rs. 499 - Rs. 998 - Rs. 150/--
- Rs.999 - Rs. 1999 - Rs. 250/-
- Rs. 2000 and above – 12% of order value

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
After the refund has been initiated by Tied Ribbons as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
Online Refund – 7 to 10 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
Please note, Tied Ribbons initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, and after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Tied ribbons warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies Tied Ribbons may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement at email@example.com
